such data (hereinafter referred to as the EU Regulation).

Therefore, we have developed these rules for the protection of personal data, where you will learn how we obtain and process your personal data, with whom we share it, how you can control the processing, and also about your rights related to the protection of personal data.

Communication of data subjects with Mosuda for the purpose of obtaining information and support for services and products. Personal data such as name, surname, photo, role in the application, email and telephone contact, and information about the products and services that the client uses may be processed. Recipients of some of this personal data may include social networks, hosting providers.

We may also create event logs useful for diagnosing problems related to the use of our portal and record information about support or service-related issues. In order to improve customer service, we may also, within the limits of applicable laws, record and monitor conversations with customer support representatives and analyze feedback provided by users through voluntary customer opinion surveys.

Profile registration, profile recording, training, nutrition, recipes and nutrition, consultations, selection of trainers / coaches / physiotherapists / nutrition advisors.

Retention period: If the recipient of marketing information and newsletters does not open the email at least once every 12 months, they will be prompted by email to confirm their interest in subscribing; otherwise, they will be unsubscribed from receiving marketing information and newsletters after 90 days.

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

In case we have your consent to process your personal data for marketing purposes, we combine them with information about your activities on the website. The purpose of this combination is to better recognize your preferences and interests and, based on this, better adjust the offer directly to you and personalize the web content.

Retention Period of Browsing Data

We keep information associated with cookie data with your consent, which you provided to us, or according to the duration of the contractual relationship between us and you. Combined data from cookies and our systems will be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, but for no longer than 13 months.

6. Children Under 16 Years of Age

Mosuda does not provide services to individuals under 16 years of age and does not process personal data of individuals under 16 years of age.

7. Updates to Personal Data Rules

In connection with adding new services and products, improving our current offerings, and changes in technologies and laws, we may change these rules for the protection of personal data continuously. You can find the date of the last revision of these rules for the protection of personal data under the “Updated” heading at the top of this page. All changes take effect upon publication of the revised rules for the protection of personal data.

8. Storage of Personal Data

We will keep your personal data as long as your consent is valid, as long as we have a legitimate interest in keeping it, for the duration of the contractual relationship, or as long as effective legislation imposes such an obligation. After the specified retention period for personal data expires, your personal data will be destroyed.

9. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from Mosuda, and further assert the following rights:

  • find out if Mosuda processes your personal data and, if so, what personal data and the reason for processing it

  • right to rectify personal data – this allows you to correct any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you

  • right to erasure of personal data – allows you to request us to delete personal data if there is no reason for us to continue processing it

  • right to data portability – you have the option to transfer your personal data in electronic and structured form from Mosuda to another entity

  • right to restrict processing of your personal data – you may ask us to temporarily suspend the processing of your personal data, for example, if you want us to prove its accuracy or the reason for its processing

  • right to object to the processing of your personal data – you have the right to object when personal data is processed because processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, in particular if the data subject is a child. You may also object if personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, including objecting to the fact that a decision is made solely on automated processing of personal data, including profiling.

  • right to withdraw consent – if we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time

  • right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data is the Office for Personal Data Protection (whose contact details can be found here), to which you can turn if you believe that your personal data is not processed in accordance with effective legislation.
